Ensure to download the relevant Customer Fault Proforma and include it with your returned unit:
Customer Fault Information Record – M760
Once received, the unit will be assessed for a Standard Fee of AU$165 (+GST if applicable) and a Repair Quote provided for approval and payment prior to commencement of work.
